Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the use of the GetAIReply service, an AI-powered review response generation platform, published by 777 INDUSTRIES.

2. Service Description

GetAIReply offers:

  • AI-powered generation of responses to customer reviews
  • A Chrome extension for direct responses on review platforms
  • A web dashboard for review management
  • Multi-profile management for multiple businesses

3. Account Creation

To use the service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.

4. Plans and Pricing

Free Plan: 5 generations per month, 1 business profile.

Pro Plan (29€/month): Unlimited generations, multiple profiles, Chrome extension, priority support.

Prices are in euros, excluding taxes. Subscriptions are renewed automatically.

5. User Commitments

As a user, you agree to:

  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not use the service for illegal, defamatory or harmful content
  • Verify generated responses before publication
  • Not attempt to circumvent service limitations

6. Intellectual Property

GetAIReply remains the owner of the service, technology and software. The responses generated are provided under a license of use to the user.

7. Limitation of Liability

Generated responses are suggestions. GetAIReply cannot be held responsible for:

  • Consequences related to the use of generated responses
  • Service interruptions
  • Loss of data

Our liability is limited to the amount of subscriptions paid in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. In case of violation of these terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.

9. Modification of Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the Paris courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
